Hackley School

Hackley School is an independent, non-sectarian, college-preparatory school serving students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Founded in 1899, Hackley went coeducational in 1970 and now enrolls between 700 and 1,000 students. The campus sits on a hilltop in Tarrytown, New York, about 25 miles north of Manhattan, with both day and boarding students — an unusual mix for a K–12 school this close to the city.

Faculty teach across a wide span of ages. Language offerings include Mandarin, French, Latin, and Spanish, and the program runs from early elementary through advanced upper school coursework.
